This policy explains what personal data the Customs Logistics Group website (“we”) receives, why we need it and how we protect it. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

The website owner and personal data controller is KASTOMS LOHISTYK HRUP LLC (EDRPOU code 41551485).

By sending a request through the form on this website, you agree to this policy.

2. What data we receive

Only what you enter in the request form yourself:

your name;
your phone number;
your comment;
the address of the page the request was sent from.

We do not ask for or collect payment details, passport data or other documents through the website.

3. Why we use it

To contact you, clarify the shipment details, calculate the cost and prepare an offer. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Who else may have access to the data

Requests from the form are delivered to our email via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co).
The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps technical access logs (IP address, browser, time of request).
While you browse, your browser loads fonts and libraries from Google servers and content delivery networks, which may see your IP address.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. How long we keep the data

As long as needed to process your request and fulfil our arrangements with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights
